By registering for or using StarGuild, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, including organization leaders, members, and visitors.

2. Eligibility

To use StarGuild, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the platform.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account

StarGuild is not responsible for losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

StarGuild is designed to enhance your Star Citizen organization experience. By using our platform, you agree to:

• Use StarGuild for lawful purposes only
• Refrain from engaging in harassment, abuse, spamming, or any other disruptive behavior
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

You must not use StarGuild to:

• Post illegal, explicit, or harmful content
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or other malicious materials
• Exploit platform features in a way that harms the community or StarGuild's operations

5. User-Generated Content

StarGuild allows users to create and share content, such as profiles, messages, and comments ('User Content'). By posting User Content, you grant StarGuild a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute it for the operation of the platform. You retain ownership of your User Content but must ensure that it does not:

• Violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Breach the privacy or rights of other users

StarGuild reserves the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

6. Privacy

Your use of StarGuild is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using StarGuild, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Star Citizen Integration

StarGuild operates independently of Star Citizen and its developers, Cloud Imperium Games. While our platform enhances your Star Citizen experience, we have no official affiliation with or endorsement by Star Citizen.

8. Platform Availability

StarGuild is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While we strive for continuous operation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We may update, modify, or discontinue features or services at any time without notice.

9. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

• Breaching these Terms or our Community Guidelines
• Engaging in behavior that harms the platform or its users
• Any reason deemed necessary by the StarGuild team

Termination may result in the loss of access to your account and User Content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StarGuild is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Issues arising from third-party integrations or content

StarGuild is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its features.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform or email. Continued use of StarGuild after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
